5-MAPB acts via the same serotonin/dopamine/norepinephrine releasing mechanism as MDMA. No. SSRIs block the serotonin reuptake mechanism that both compounds rely on. Combining them significantly increases serotonin syndrome risk and is contraindicated. Discontinue SSRIs only under medical supervision — do not stop them just to use our products.

Absolutely not. MAOIs combined with serotonergic compounds can cause severe, life-threatening serotonin syndrome. This is a hard contraindication. No exceptions.

Yes. Lithium, tramadol, antipsychotics, and other serotonergic or dopaminergic medications can interact dangerously. Consult a pharmacist or your prescriber and disclose all current medications before use.
