PLÜR tablets are chewable. The experience is slower to arrive than XÜM — and that is by design. Let it come to you.

Chew & Hydrate
PLÜR tablets are chewable. Drink water. Be in the right physical and mental space — set and setting matter as much as the compound.

Give It an Hour
PLÜR takes up to one hour to fully activate. Do not redose because you feel nothing at 30 minutes. The rise is slow and intentional.

Do Not Mix with SSRIs
SSRIs (fluoxetine, sertraline, escitalopram, etc.) block the reuptake mechanism that 5-MAPB relies on. Combining them dramatically reduces effect and increases serotonin syndrome risk.
Do Not Mix with MAOIs
MAOIs combined with serotonergic compounds can cause severe and potentially life-threatening serotonin syndrome. This is not a gray area. Do not combine.
Space Your Sessions
Entactogens deplete serotonin. Allow a minimum of 4–6 weeks between PLÜR sessions. More spacing means better experiences and less cumulative neurotoxic burden.
